Serenity Mansions is a limited collection of ultra-opulent 6- and 7-bedroom residences by Majid Al Futtaim in Tilal Al Ghaf. There are 3 types of residences available: Ara, Luna and Ayla. Their total sizes range from 11,700 sq. ft to 12,720 sq. ft. Top international experts from architure firms such as SAOTA, Nabil Gholam, Blink and desert INK are collaborating to design Serenity Mansions.

Each beautifully crafted property in Serenity Mansions will comprise 3 floors plus a sky suite or a penthouse, depending on the selected unit. You will be able to choose from an array of different options for layouts and floor plans to best customise your mansion.

Luna has Gaia and Atlas interior options, whilst Ayla and Ara feature Artist’s House and Writer’s House design schemes. The palatial properties will have a lift, several staff rooms, a swimming pool, a show kitchen, a formal living room and more.
